Russell Stover..?

Hi... this might be a dumb question...

Many of you might have noticed that Russell Stover has put out both Sugar-Free (green packaging) and Low-Carb (orange packaging) varieties of their candies. When comparing the backs of these 2 products, it appears as though the ingredients and nutritional info are pretty much the same. Russell Stover does jack up the price on the Low-Carb candy by almost double...

Is there something I'm missing? Is the sugar-free candy NOT low-carb for some reason?
