Those of you that attend a Curves..... Is it too much to go 5 or six days a week? Would it be more effective to work longer on fewer days instead of going everyday?

Thanks!

It is ok to go everyday .... however according to Mr. Haven, the founder of Curves, in his book ..... if you do go everyday you have to switch up what you are doing ... in other words .... first day, work your muscles to exhaustion on the machines and take it easy on the recovery pad .... the next day do the oppoaite, take it slow and easy on the machines and go like crazy on the recovery pad(ie.more aerobic than recovery) and so on and so on ..... I was not told this when I joined but as I said got it from his book .... sounds like good advice to me .... I personally go three times a week and take a walk on the off days ......
