Hi, I've got some chicken breasts - boneless and skinless - how many carbs in one? It's says 0g Carb on the pack? thanks, Emma

Is it raw chicken or coated chicken? If it's raw then it probably has no carbs like the package says!

Unless it was injected with a sugar solution, it has no carbs.

Keep in mind the spices you may put on them will have some carbs.

If it is raw, more then likely 0

Check for marinades (sugar injected) or breaded
