Default BFL friendly fast food

I thought we could share ideas for eating without cheating when we're stuck having to get fast food. Some meals I have come up with:

Subway: one of the lowfat subs served on an Atkins wrap (whole wheat & soy) instead of the sub roll - pile on the veggies. I ordered the club sandwich w/ raspberry vinegrette, and I thought it was better than their low-carb Atkins wraps

Wendy's: Mandarin chicken salad - skip the noodles, use half the almonds, and bring your own Walden Farms salad dressing. Second choice is skip the almonds too and use their red. fat ranch
or
Large chili and a side salad with your own Walden Farms dressing or a little red. fat ranch

THANKS!!!
I've been wondering the same thing about mixing BFL with eating out. There is both a Wendy's and a Subway near my job. The cafiteria has salads, and the occassional baked fish/chicken, but I really need something else more reliable.

The only thing that I can think of that would truly be okay are those Subway wraps. But on the more blasphemous end of the spectrum: McDonald's Grilled Chicken Ceasar Salad (with your own FF dressing) and a fruit & yogurt parfait. According to McD's, the combination has the following:

360 Cal.
8 gm fat
40 gm carbs
4 gm fiber
33 gm prot.

I'm sure Mr. Phillips would not approve, but I'd eat it.

Lyressa,

I'll keep that in mind! Dd has been begging to go to McD's!
