Hi there people, newbie reporting for duty.
Hi all
My name is Mazza and I am just about to start the atkins diet today with a goal of losing about 40lbs.
To assist this I will be exercising:
- I will be running at least 3 times a week (short 3km)
- I will be lifting weights 2 times a week.
I may substitute either of the above for swimming now and again.
Speak to you all soon when I have something to ask, say etc.
