Default The girl in the lab!

Hello,

As you all might have read, I got my lab results today and they were incredible.
My HDL = 77 / LDL=59 / glucose=98 / triglycerides=59. This is so exciting.

I spoke with someone in the lab who did not want to believe that my numbers, including good electrolyte readings, were caused by the diet. She said that my good results must be genetic. I told her "no, my mom is diabetic and my dad died of a stroke!" She then asked me if I exercise and I said, yeah, I go to Curves. Well there you go, that explains your numbers.

For one, I just started going to Curves, for two, it is a very simplified exercise program.

If I had developed any problems while on this diet, Atkins would have been the first to be blamed.

I hope Doc calls me when he returns from vacation.

Congatulation on your good results. Some people won't believe what is staring them in the face 'cos it doesn't agree with what they believe - let this one go.

Great numbers!

Did you have a baseline blood work before begining? Everyone should before beginning this woe, really helps when facing the sceptics. If I hadn't I'm sure my doctor would never believe that my numbers are such a vast improvement over the old.
