hi Susan,
The carb counts of bran and/or fiber tabs is usually negligible, UNLESS the product has some kind of added sugar ... which sometimes they do, so read the label carefully.
My humble opinion is that these products are a waste of money. The daily dose is 8 to 12 tablets a day, to provide barely 2 or 3 grams of fiber. One cup of steamed broccoli will provide you with 4.6g of fiber.
If "regularity" is a concern, you might consider using a soluble fiber supplement such as ground psyllium husks, which you can buy in bulk quite cheaply at any health food store. You can also buy processed psyllium, brand name Metamucil or there are others ... it's more expensive, but some folks prefer the smoother texture (plain psyllium can be a bit "gritty"). Just make sure, if you buy a processed product, that there's no SUGAR in it. Even the so-called "plain" has been sweetened ... you must read the label to make sure it's sugar-free. Psyllium does have carbs, but it's all FIBER carbs, which is not absorbed by the body, so basically it's considered ZERO carbs.
