Unhappy Low water=stall?

I haven't lost an ounce in over a week. Then I noticed, I have not been drinking a lot of water. Mostly decaf iced tea, Koolaid made with splenda, and Diet Rite. I have a hard time downing water. Could this cause a stall?

I'm having that problem to. I drink to much other and not enough water so here I am at work guzzling the water as my choice beverage for the evening. I don't know if that is necessarily causing the stall but I would up the water for sure. Other beverages just dehydrate you over time anyway.

The more water you drink, the more it will start to taste better. I was the same way in the beginning, water didn't taste very good, I had to force myself to drink it. Now I've always got a 2 litre bottle of water with me.

Are you drinking tap water, or filtered, or bottled? Try finding a water that you prefer the taste of, maybe that will help.

I find that whenever I drink a ton of water one day, I'll experience the most weight loss when I weigh myself the following day. Once I figured that out, I've been drinking enough water to drown a small village!

I just drink until I can't drink anymore. I notice the more water I drink the next morning the scale reflects a loss. Good food, tons of water go hand and hand.

Default Water

I was not a big water drinker either...in fact like never. You just have to make yourself drink it and u will learn to like it. I agree with the person who said find a water you like....there really is a difference in taste. I like bottled water in certain brands. I now drink the spring water cause it seems to help me have bowels movements which is what I was having trouble with on this diet. They say water flushes out the fat !!!
So we have to drink away.......
I also notice more weight loss when I drink the most water. Thats an incentive!!!
