Well, still stalled, but I'm getting more hopeful. I've been hovering 1-2 lbs from my "stall weight" for about 2 weeks now instead of 5-10 lbs. I'm now upping my calories, just too dang hungry - yes, HUNGRY at 1200 - 1300. My stomach growled so bad, it scared my yorkie, it took him almost 2 weeks to sit on my lap again. When I'm hungry, I have absolutely NO will power. I need that meat! I'm going to up protien and fat. Still stay away from nuts and all that handy-dandy new processes LC foods...I think that's what made me trip up. LC ice cream, LC candy, nuts, nuts, nuts. The last few weeks, I've really worked on my boredom night munchie habit. I don't eat anything that's low carb, but I'm beginning to thing just because it's low carb, it might not be GOOD low carb. I'm just sticking with the basics the next few weeks and see how it goes. I'll let you know how it goes.
