Default Looking for link on fat loss

Ok, I'm a do-do. The other day I was surfing and I came across a post that had a link to another web-site to an article about how fat changes before it is burned off. I remember it saying something about how fat deposits get softer feeling before they disappear.

It wasn't to a thread on this site. The poster saying that it was for people doing Body For Life (I think) but I didn't see anything on that site. It may have been another program, though.

Can anyone help me? I meant to bookmark it, but didn't.

Thanks, Amy

I can't give you the link, but I can say that that very thing is happening to me. I have noticed in the last week or so that my 'fat deposits' are not solid as rocks any more. I am feeling rather 'jiggly' and everything is soft. That seems to happen before the scales show a change. I know that my shape is changing and it seems that the clothes are fitting differently too.

I will be interested to see the link if you find it.

Amy, sounds very Hussman-esque to me

You really do change from the inside out

Default Thank you Nat!

I do believe that's it, although I thought the page layout was different. BUT...I could be halucinating, it's happened before...

Does this guy know what he's talking about? I've never heard of him.

Thanks again,

Amy

Amy, John has a good understanding of biology, physiology and how to manipulate your metabolism - but keep in mind that like many mainstream fitness types he's very anti-low carb and pro low-fat. I have found his calorie restrictions to be on the severe side.

The info is solid, the interpretation, as all interpretation, is open for discussion

Default Good deal...

I've learned to let their opinions float over my head. Like, yeah, yeah, blah, blah, blah...just the FACTS please!!

Thanks again,
Amy
