Default Found new cookbook !

Hi everyone,
I just found a new cookbook
called "The Ultimate Low-carb diet cookbook"
by Donna Pliner Rodnitzky
copy write 2001

I don't really know how "new" this book is but you might want to give it a look.

It has tons of recipes, with carb grams per serving, etc.
also lots of recipes using Splenda, Stevia, whey protein etc...
Good recipies for salad dressings, low carb breads, and deserts.
I'm going to try the chicken picatta tomorro.

Thumbs up YES!!!!!!

Rodniztky's book is *excellent*!!

I've had my copy for perhaps three months and it's already gotten dogeared. I use it *very* often. I even make things out of it to take along to friends' homes--and no one but me knows the dishes are LC!
