Happy monday !!!!
I had L.A fitness membership for a year i think .. and I think I only use it like 10 times .. .. but since I started Atkins on monday , I decided that it is time to introduce exercises as well
I started going to the gym on thursday 14 , I have been going everyday and that is something I want to do ..
i do in the treadmill programs ,
* The Random program , level 14 , speed 3.0 for 30 minutes .. I love this ! at least i burn 300 calories
* also addominal with the machines 3*20
I am still trying to find what else can I do .. I want to work on my flabby arms so I have been doing some triceps and biceps 3*10 ..
