I was looking at Tartar Sauce at the store and many have several carbs BUT ...I found a great one Kraft Lemon & Herb that has <1 carb per 2 Tbsp.

For a quick dinner idea you can get bags of individually frozen tillapia fillets, defrost in micro and fry it up in some butter with tartar sauce, quick and yummy !

I have to laugh at myself I never thought I would be getting excited finding tartar sauce...a new chocolate cake recipe maybe Boy is my life changing.
