Actually, over the weekend, I tried one of the chocolate Endulge bars, and a low carb "cereal" Bar. I read how these sometimes stall people, so I haven't since. Typical day's Menu? Breakfast will usually be scrambled eggs, sometimes with ham or sausage, or maybe just some ham. Lunch varies, tuna fish with a little mayo, perhaps on a small bed of lettuce, sometimes I'll have a piece of steak or roast if it's leftover from the family, etc... I snack in between on some cheese, but am careful with that, or a few pork rinds. Dinner I will do a small salad with Bleu Cheese, and usually a meat. Last night I had a sweet sausage with a few pieces of onion and green pepper....
