Unhappy Hello Everyone

Hello Everyone,

I am on day 8 of Atkins, lost 3 lbs and feeling better now. Would like to get some ideas on what to put on a salad during induction, like types of dressings ?? Thanks for any help. I just did the fitday.com and put in my last 8 days of food that is super!!

I look forward to learning even more from you site!!

Thanks,
Tammy

Hello Tammy, Welcome to the forum. I like warm juicy fat from hamberger & pork chops on my salads. Sometimes I use mayo too. I have not found a dressing I like that has any LC's.

Walden Farms makes carb free and sugar free dressings that are tasty. I also like Cardini's "original" Ceasar Dressing. It's the best!!! It's only 1 carb per 2 tablespoons.

Welcome to the forum...

There are lots of dressings that you can use. I use Kraft Creamy Caesar quite a bit and also several varieties of Ranch.

Good luck!

Thank You, all for the great dressing ideas. I am definatly going to try them. I did olive oil and red wine vinegar with bacon bits today and it was pretty good!! Trying all kinds of new things it is amazing what you try when you are limited!!
