Can i take soy sauce and tofu?

Total Carbohydrate 1.26g 0%
Dietary Fiber 0.128g

this is for one tablespoon of soy sauce.

As for tofu its around 2-5.

My mom likes to cook with soy sauce(chicken and stuff).

Can i eat that?

Hello and Welcome.

Yes, you can eat that, once you stay within the 20g carb limit per day. Also, be careful with the soy - it is high in sodium and can make you retain water.
