Angry Discouraged!

Everything seemed great at first... I lost 15 pounds on induction! Then, I got sick. I had to go on prednisone (I'm sure everyone is sick of hearing about it too). I gained 15 pounds in a month.

It's about three weeks since my last dose of prednisone, and I'm not losing at all. I'm stuck at 185, and none of my clothes fit due to my expanded waist size. (A side effect from the medication is bloated stomach, and increased fat to the abdominal area).

I know that I need to be patient. Everyone has told me that I'll lose the weight... but after induction, it's discouraging not to lose it as fast as I was while on induction.

Does anyone know how long this is going to take?

Where have you been? Sorry about the illness, I remember you posting about it awhile back. You will probably have that stuff in your system for awhile. Try drinking more water and upping your fat more. Flush it out. Just keep trying, it will work. Good luck!
