You can find brands that are boneless, but as Idabelle suggested, consider eating them. I thought that sounded weird at first, too, but I can tolerate them now. You don't really notice them once the patties are cooked. I do remove the big chunky bones, but leave the little thin ones.
My patty recipe: 1 can salmon, 1 egg, 1/4 cup dry grated parmesan cheese. Fry and serve with creamed mushrooms.
