Is it possible to loss weight and not exercise?
While low carbing.

Of course, it is possible. Not everyone on this board exercises and many people lose weight not doing it. For me, I think about all the positive aspects of exercising: the toned muscles, the endurance I have, the great feeling I get afterwards, etc and this makes it all worthwhile to me.
