BBQ sauce is pretty loaded with sugar but I guess it depends how much of the sauce you ate that was already on the ribs. It's going to be some carbs for sure but it's also going to be hard to tell. Go to the store and find a pack of preprepared ribs and use that label as your judge?

I am going to Dallas this weekend. This will be my first time in Texas so I am going to slurge and have some real Texas BBQ. From what i hear, you can order the BBQ without sauce on it...
