Question film on tongue, also encouragement needed

- I find an unpleasant film on my tongue--especially after waking up. Is this normal?

Also, this is day 3 of induction for me--haven't yet hit ketosis (according to L-T strips) and am feeling tired. I might have eaten too many vegetables yesterday which may be causing a delay. How long did it take for some of you to hit ketosis? My current cravings for fruit, tiredness, and lack of results are starting to discourage me from continuing. Any encouragement would be much appreciated!

Talking It's worth it

Is the film white? I know if I have eaten sugar for some time I get a film like thrush which has to do with a yeast overgrowth.
When I first started induction, it took me several days to get into ketosis. It also takes me several days to feel refreshed and not tired. But once I get all the carbs out of my system I can hardly sleep I have so much energy!! it is different for everyone as to how much time it takes to get to that point. For some it is a week or two. It is like any thing that our body is used too..i.e. caffeine will cause headaches for awhile when you quit drinking it until your body gets used to it...

I am currently starting induction too. I have been on for about 3 days now. I really blew it in OCT and let everything I had learned go flying out the window. I am paying for it now. BUT it does work and I am so excited about this plan. It was the first way of eating that I found I could do longterm. I just failed to plan for all the treats...and since I had lost weight so well I started to get lazy. But live and learn. I am ready to go now.
