Default Beginning again.

I am 24, 5'5" and 162 lbs. I am beginning to change my life! I did Atkins in 1999 and lost approx 40 lbs in 2 months. I have gained a little less than half of that back, but I have been at 162 for about 2 years now. I decided to make a huge life change. I have started to workout (Just yesterday), I am starting my Atkins induction next Monday, and I have begun tanning. I am very excited about all of it. I can't wait to wear a pair of shorts again! My legs haven't seen the light of day since 1997! I would appreciate any encouragement and ideas on money savers. That was one of the biggest issues last time. Atkins is expensive! I felt great on the diet, and my husband is really helpful in fixing things within the guidelines, but meat is one of the most expensive items in the store whereas potatoes and pasta are the cheapest. ...Anyway that is my only complaint. I am so glad I found this site and look forward to seeing all of the great posts on here.
