Default Stalling during induction?

I have been on induction for 5 weeks. I lost 15lbs and several inches the first 3 weeks. The last two weeks I have remained the same. I havent eaten any differently than I did before. I dont know why I stalled? I only have 10 more pounds to go so I hear your loss starts to slow when you get closer to your goal? Forgive me all you men, but could it be do to PMS? I"m not sure, but I"m getting a little discouraged.
help!!!!

1) A stall is 4 weeks or more without weight or INCHES lost.
Keep at it, it's only been two week.
Havw you been measuring as well as weighing yourself - VERY important.

2) You mentioned PMS. A lot of women tend to retain water before and during their period, it could be that.

This is very normal. Many, if not most, people stall after the first few weeks of Induction. Your body is adjusting to the weight loss and needs a little time to "catch up." Just keep doing what you've been doing. The weight loss will start back up again. If it doesn't start after maybe 6 weeks, then you can start to worry about a stall.

And you're right about slowing down as you approach your goal. Don't expect to lose the last 10 pounds as quickly as you did the first 10 pounds! In fact, the more slowly you lose those last pounds, the easier it will be for you to keep them off.
