Default Ketosis

I know I could just look back in the Atkins book and I will in a couple of minutes, but I also wanted to get some feedback from fellow low-carbers!

I just got the strips and tested - I am in the Moderate 40 area and was wondering if this is good or not. I also read somewhere on the board that to be totally in the purple is not good.

Any feedback would be good. This is so wierd, I actually feel guilty for what I am eating, but at the same time I already lost 2lbs!! Hard to get used to, but I think I can handle it

Cheers!

Talking LOL

So glad we could be of assistance!!

Actually, good for you to search and dig around ... most of the general issues about low-carbing have been discussed here before. Another useful resource on low-carb basics are the Low Carb Tips articles, which you can click on from the orange menu bar at the top of every page.

Take care, and happy low-carbing!!

Doreen
