I'm down be low 135!!!!!!

Yes I am below 135 !!!!!! I put on a size 6 jeans and they fit great!!!! I really enjoy Atkins! I started at 142 and I'm only 5'2". I walk and run 4 miles a day! I drink all my water and Plus! I even lost during christmas break! I've been at it for about 6 weeks and my second time on the induction! I like to get to 130! I'm 44 and have a family of 3. First, Third and Fourth grade! I also help my husband on the farm! I just wanted to share....don't give up!!!!!! Thanks for all the great support!!!

That is so wonderful! I am just starting on Atkins and I have about your same numbers. I am at 145 and wish to be at 130, maybe even 125. I am making a goal of at least being down by 10 lbs. by this summer.

Reading your post just gives me even more confidence that I can do this and make it last!!
