Default Any good work out DVD's for the thighs?

I have larger thighs and I was wondering if anyone found a really good DVD that would work the thigh area?

If you have large thighs, I think you'd be wanting to look at cardio and generally sticking to a clean diet. You can't spot-reduce, and although a good thigh workout would probably get them firmed up, it won't make them any smaller.

callanetics- 10 years younger in 10 hours

It seriously reshapes your body.....most people see results after the 2nd or 3rd hour.

You can buy the DVD's on amazon, but it's a series of deep muscle exercises and stretches designed to tone your body.

The 10 years one is a whole hour, but there are also quick callenetics videos for the legs, hips/buttocks, and stomach.
