OK I have an idea!

I think someone should market low-carb frozen dinners! I sometimes eat Lean Cusine (occasionally) and just don't eat the rice etc. Why couldn't we just make LC frozen dinners?

That is a good idea! I'm surprised one of the major frozen food companies haven't thought of that... although they couldn't market them as cheaply as the high carb meals! They like those carbs for cheap fillers!
