Default Flax Seed Oil

Is anyone taking this and can you tell me if you take more than 1000mg per day?? I have some and I'm not sure if I should be taking more than that.

Hi - I have been taking it for about 2 weeks. I take one before each meal (3 a day). I have noticed that my skin is much softer but I am taking it to help with my BM problem and it has not helped there.

okay thanks, but are you taking 1000 mg. at each meal??? Some people say it stalls them. Has it stalled you at all?

Yes, mine are 1000mg. I have been stalled for a while but just started moving a bit. Now they could be the reason I stalled I don't know.

I do take more than 1000mg a day and don't find it to be a problem - check out Udo Erasmus's site here for more information.

I was taking flaxseed oil twice a day- 500 AM and PM. I finally figured out that that was what caused my stall. I am slowly losing again in the week since I gave it up.

I've just finished a bottle of Flaxseed oil capsules and it hasn't stalled me at all. I'm on bottle 2 now. Been taking it for 2 months.

Thanks for all the info. I have only been taking 1 capsule 1000 mg per day for a week now. I think I will try to up it and if the scale stops moving maybe take less.
