Lightbulb fluid idea

good for you drink

I am new, here and to the diet.. started it last Monday, June 2, and am in ketosis already.
As a teenager I lost weight by taking geletin in juice 30 minutes before meals. So I am doing a modification of that for half my required 64 ounces of fluid.
Mix an envelop of gelatin with a cup of green tea (or whatever you like) and some diet fruit flavor.. like from diet soda and mix to 32 ounces.
or: mix a box of no cal jellostuff any flavor, with a half-cup boiling water and dilute that to 32 or more ounces. ZERO CARBS!
It adds some protien, is good for your nails and is carb free. It also fills the tummy so you are less hungry at mealtime.. helping control calorie counts a bit if you need to do that.
The rest I drink as water.. we do need the flush/dilution effect don't we?
