Talking An excellent morning.

Hi everyone. I have had an interesting experience several times in the last month. When I wake up in the morning, I feel smaller. I feel like I have lost weight. Every morning I do the same thing. I let the dogs outside, then I go to the kitchen to make coffee, then I let the dogs in, then I go in the bathroom to take my shower. I always look at myself naked to get an idea of how I am doing. There have been mornings that I feel smaller, then when I look in the mirror, I look smaller too. It is as if it happened overnight! Has anyone else had this happen? I love those mornings!!

I wish I could say that there were mornings when I felt smaller. I still feel huge. I guess that the mind is the last place to catch up with weight loss.

Yes. I still notice changes in my body, even though the scale has only moved 0.5 pound down in the last month.
