hope this doesn't sound crazy, but I have an old pair of jeans which I could fit into 20 pounds ago and I have put them up in my bedroom to inspire me.

the crazy thing is, it works! I wake up every morning faced with the jeans and in my mind I know that it is possible.

just wanted to share this, I know not everyone will agree, but hey it has motivated me so far because I had been at a real low for weeks.

would anyone like to share their motivations with everyone, please do.

I now know it's possible with enough motivation and inspiration.
