Default Barbequed Pork Rinds

I am into my 6th day and I found barbequed pork rinds. It says no carbs and no sugar, but I found sugar listed in the ingreidiants. Are they OK to eat? I was wondering if anyone out there has been more tired than usual in the first week, it seems all i want to do is sleep. Has anyone had any problems with their memory? Maybe I am just worrying to much on how to keep up the good work, i am so afraid I will slip.

Being wiped out and feeling horrible is very common initially as your body adjusts to its new fuel source. Most people start feeling much, MUCH better somewhere between Day 4 and Day 10 though quite a few people fall outside of this window.

Just hang in there and things will get much better.

As for the pork rinds and other things that claim no sugar but list it. I would either avoid it entirely (especially during Induction - are port rinds even on the Induction list?) or count each serving as 1g of sugar just to be on the safe side.
