Smile great news

hey all i recently had some blood work done to change the amount on my life insurance. today the results came back and i was placed on the elite program because i am soooooooooo healthy they said. the agent who is a friend of mine said what is the diet your on? i told him it wasnt a diet it was a way of life and he said well i got some other clients who need it, i guess their rates are high because of their health issues. he just couldnt believe my results. i called my physician to see what the difference was from last years blood work with him and he said everything was a ton better now. he told me to keep up the good work.

That is incredible!!!

My father in law was drinking, smoking and gaining weight. He and my mother in law started this WOL 10 months ago and you can see that he looks so much healthier. His cheeks are no longer bright red (he had high blood pressure too).
They kept upping his blood pressure medicine before this WOL, now he takes VERY little of it (because he still drinks and smokes I'm sure). His cholesterol improved dramatically!

My mother in law's cholesterol improved only slightly but it may be because she drinks a lot of wine.

WTG!!

The next time I see someone concerned about the "high cost" of LC eating, I'll send them to read your post.

oh its well worth whatever it costs, the health benefits far out way the cost of the lcing lifestyle. i really havent noticed a huge change in my grocery bill anyway as i think it works itself out when you dont buy all the quickie processed convenience foods and you start buying whole foods. plus we raise our own beef, so im ready to tell anyone this is the way of life for me. my mother also lc's with me and she has been able to stop her blood pressure medication now that she has lost 50 pounds. my aunt has cut her insulin for diabetes into a quarter of what she used to take, her doctor actually told her to do atkins.

The first thing I though, (OK, this is sick), when I read the heading was: "I just saved a bunch of money on my car insurance with Geico".
