Default Keostix???

So, if my keostix register just plain "trace", that is good enough? Or should I try to get into "small", "moderate" or "large"? I am drinking my 8 glasses of water. Thanks for any info!

hi Soella,

Showing trace is just fine. Ketosis is ketosis...it's like you are either pregnant or you aren't...there are not degrees of ketosis.

In fact usually if the strips are showing dark purple it is a sign that you aren't dringking enough water. From the sounds of ti though, that's not a problem for you
