I've got a problem with my tooth and can't get to a dentist this week (a LOT of pain). Anyway, this is causing me to not be able to eat much, and the aspirin and ibuprofin is giving me a headache (go figure) AND making me sick.

How do I try and get in calories, protein, etc. in this condition? I think that drinking nothing but EAS shakes would be easy and would stay down (it's the chewing that will do me in), but how much will my muscles suffer because of this???
