Default Feeling nauseus!

Okay, I'm on Day 3 and I keep getting bouts of nausea. Has this happened to anyone else or am I coming down with something completely unrelated to the diet. I have just started eating chicken again after 10 years of being a vegetarian. Could this be what it is? I've always eaten fish.

Default yes.. happened to me

Yes... I had headaches and nausea. It went away and I do get it occasionally... I think it is the body shifting gears... and releasing fat... that whole process probably works on every organ in your body... heart, liver, kidneys, stomach, hormone glands.. etc... I took some powdered bicarbonate in water.. and that helped alot... Stick with it sister!!!!

Hi, I went through bouts with nausea too. It usually goes away. Make sure you are getting enough water too. Sometimes dehydration can make you feel nauseated - especially with the excess fluid loss those first couple of weeks.

Default Nausea normal

I also had horrible bouts of nausea the first three days. However, I wanted to address your point about being a vegetarian and eating chicken after only eating fish. The chicken could also be adding a lil to the nausea. I had a vegetarian friend who ate meat after not having it for ten years and he got very sick.

My advice echoes that of this great bunch: The nausea will go away after time. The results are worth it on LC! I have been doing this WOL for almost 6 weeks and have lost about 16 lbs without exercise.

You can do it! We're all behind you.

Stacy
