Talking Last Day Of Induction!!!

This is my last day of induction (so excited) and I feel awesome! I think I expected to lose more but I don't have much to lose and I think I heard if you don't have a lot to lose then it takes a little longer. Nows the scary part. Im scared Im going to blow it. I have done so good so far and I lost another 2 lbs in the last 3 days! But I know I can do it! Any advice?

Just go nice and slow adding more carbs, and really pay attention to your body, and the messages that it sends you. Keep up the good work!

defiantley give some time for those last pounds to come off, and don't get discouraged if you stall after induction, alot of people do, it's just your body adjusting to how much weight you've lost
good job and keep it up

Talking Happy day!

You're lucky that you don't have much to lose. I have a few more days of the two week initial Induction, but I'm afraid I'll be in Induction for a few more weeks. At least until I stall. But happy for you!

Cool Thanks guys!!

I went out lastnight for a friends birthday and had a glass of wine... woke up this morning .5lb lighter!!!! I almost had a piece of licorice lastnight but I didnt. I was really hungry this morning so I treated myself to an omelet (with extra cheese) hehe, but I feel good and Im happy with the results so far!
