Ok I did it. I whined. I kicked and screamed. It's over with.

Two days and I did not show a loss on the scale and I am taking it very personally. Mind you my strips are still showing ketosis so things are going as planned.

I really cannot kick since I have already lost 8 lbs in a week. I just needed to bitch and get it out of my system and not pretend that my feelings weren't hurt because I was overdoing the stepping on the scale routine.

hmmmm. Maybe I should just throw the sucker out.

Don't worry, lots of people experience a stall is weight loss (on the scale) but still loose inches after a few weeks on the program. There are tons of posts about it.

You'll be okay!

Take Care.

My weight loss has been so slow lately yet suddenly people are starting to notice my loss and compliment me. The scale is so often out of sync!

Don't sweat it charleez -- what shows up on the scale when is decided by some mysterious being -- our job is just to follow the plan and get the exercise in!

I am losing slowly this time, but I am not seeing anything get loose and no one has commented, so the fact that you are getting comments is a great thing. My hubby is going down in inches but his scale number is moving pretty slowly too. I am hoping to see it move soon, and I am determined to not let it get to me. I do average by weighing daily and you do see a pattern emerge when you do that, and that helps a lot.
Just hang in there, you will see a loss on the scale soon , and it sounds like you are doing great !!! Stephie

My turtle-like weight loss is most likely due to... fluid retention.... and I know I'm not the only one.... two days and no loss? I'm lucky if I have a loss in two weeks!

Translation: Please be patient.....your body is trying to catch up with your new WOE!! Maybe it's something simple....like FLUID RETENTION....
