Default ketchup

I'm a college student with somewhat of a limited budget, but Burger King's double cheese burger seems like the alternative economic solution for me. The question is, should I say 'no ketchup'. What about mustard? Does anybody know how many servings of carbs these have?

Thanks for any help

no ketchup, its got lots of sugar (tomato is a fruit afterall) as for mustard, the spicy mustard i was eating had 2 carbs per 2 teaspoons or something like that but the mustard from burger king might be different, look on thier website for nutritional info... maybe try some mayo with it... mayo is usually pretty low in carbs (1 carb per tablespoon or something like that)

Default hello

Yes order no ketchup...its not really the tomato in ketchup that is the problem but the corn syrup aka pure sugar the add to it to make it good

The mustard should be ok according to www.fitday.com 3 teaspoons of yellow mstard has less than 1 Effective carb...i'm sure the don't use even a full 3 teaspoons

so order up I say double cheesburger no ketchup no bun in a box please...and can i have a fork??

Good Luck
