couple of questions -ab's and walking
Hi - I've been looking into BFL and have been to the website.
I'm not exactly doing the program yet but have been familiarizing my self with the exercises and finding what weights I can handle with each one. It will take me a few days at least to become familiar enough that I can stop running to the puter between each exercise so I can re-check for proper form.
The questions I have are do you follow the 12 10 8 6 12 12 routine for abdominal exercises - if so why? is it because it enables you to do more of them? or do you do just do as many crunches or whatever other ab work as you can all at once?
Would walking 3-6 miles at a brisk pace every day interfere with the program.
