Direction for Dummies

Okay, I'm getting the hang of this posting stuff but................

When I started my Journal I didn't give much thought to the subject title that will show forever more. Can I change it? I'd rather it say MarieC Journal or something like that instead of My First Week.

How do I do something like this?
