yogurt
I'm wondering what people think of this article ( http://www.lowcarbluxury.com/yogurt.htm), it claims that because yogurt is formented the sugar from the milk is digested so that it realy has much less carbs than stated. I love yogurt and have had a 1/2 cup a day this week since I've read the article and it does not seem to be a problem.
After a long lull (and a slow start overall), I'm finally starting to loose again. As strange as it seems, the weight started to move again when I stopped obssesing about it. We had a wedding at our house last weekend and I gave myself permission to eat anything I wanted and I was so busy that I ended up eating nothing! Oh well, next time.
