Hiyas all....3rd day on induction here and wanted to know which condiments ppl are using for variety. What are you putting on your chicken and beef? How about mustard for 100% meat hotdogs? Ketchup a no no cause of the sugar?

Thanks,
Dyzana~

It's not much for variety, but I use a heck of a lot of Tabasco these days.

Definitely stay away from the ketchup, unless there's a low-carb variety. Also, go easy on salsa.

Mustard is usually OK, but be sure to read the label.

Ranch dressing is great on almost anything...Mayo is accepted...yellow mustard and most deli mustards ok...watch out for honey Mustard. BBQ sauce can be a bit carby, so be careful. Sugar-free ketchup is ok
