Salt!!!!!!!!!!
hey everyone,
After reading a million posts, ive kinda picked up the message that salt is to be avoided! This is absolutely not an option for me!! ATkins doesnt say this is necessary (as far as what i know), and i was curious at the reasoning behind this? Any help is appreciated.
Is it because it slows down weight loss? Is bad for your health? Or simply because it makes you bloated?
If it does make you bloated,are you still losing fat?
