Default Lying labels?

I was reading some of the archives threads. Can the labels in the US lie? We found a great cheddar cheese, the label says 0 carbs.......................

In the US, the label can show 0 carbs if the carb count is less than one. So a cheese with .9g per serving can be listed as having 0. It's best to count all the 0g cheese as having 1g per serving, just to be on the safe side.

Enjoy!
