Default woman's world

hey guys! hope ya'll are having a great night!

i was at the grocery store and walked past the woman's world magazine, and as i was bored i began reading the cover. it said "eat all you want too on the weekends and loose all the weight you want during the week! eat like a pig!"

i was so disgusted i didn't read the article. sounds like they are taking the 'refeed' method that we use every once in awhile and are carving a diet out of it.

crazy, no??

I'd be willing to bet a person has to exercise like a fiend to lose weight on that plan.
They're basically promoting an eating disorder if they truly mean people can just pig out.

Another thing they're famous for: HUGE headline saying lose 20 lbs by summer, then the pic is a 3 layer cake with chocolate curls on it.

I find such humor in a magazine that says it supports weight loss/health and then gives you umptine great meal ideas and great deserts! It cracks me up. I used to read the magazine all the time. My mother pointed that out to me and I looked back at my old copies and laughed!
One bonus though. It does have good crafty ideas at times lol.
