Hi! My name's Marie, I am 26 and at the heaviest I've ever been and not liking the way my clothes fit. My mother is overweight and I seriously do NOT want to look like her. Ever. I had an awful family vacation over the summer where I felt fat compared to my sisters ...and I could tell my Dad is disappointed in me. I also have a great new role in a play coming up (I do community theater) and I want to look my absolute BEST.
Start Weight: 150
Goal: 130
Current 1/26: 142
I did a 'Marie's Adaptation' of the diet for two weeks and lost 8 pds. However, I cheated this past weekend and really need to get back on track and stay there!
My main issues are keeping to the diet when out to dinner with friends and what to eat for lunch at work when I can't pack one and have to choose from fast food.
Also, I wanted to know if it was okay to a One A Day Weight Smart while on this diet?
I just have so many questions!
I also crave pizza. A LOT!!
