do u guys generally plan chats or what? i just popped in to see if any1 was there & even tho there are currently 505 people on the board, no1 is chatting. im bored to tears and thinking about food which usually leads to binging at this time of night in these circumstances. i would love to chat... is there a thread somewhere with peoples aim/yahoo/msn names somewhere where i could find someone to help me convince myself that im not really hungry, just bored? ugh. maybe i should just go to bed and try to sleep, but the humidity it 98% right now making that dam near impossible *sigh*

No one's ever in there when I check. Till today, two other people were supposedly there. I logged on and said hi, and one left and the other didn't respond (maybe it was my ketosis breath?).

I've never seen anybody in there either.

In everybody's profile there's an area for AIM, etc. It just depends on if the person has one and entered it in there...

You just might have to phone somebody you know who's sympathetic/supportive or read around the forum until you find something that helps. I was lucky enough to build a friendship with another person here on the forum who lives nearby and I know I can call her or meet for coffee and we can support each other that way - Thanks, Jeanyyy
