Default Loser!

I`m a slow loser thu, I "only" lost 22 pounds in 7 weeks! and i start to see a shape too! my shoulder is "coming" up from my neck, my biceps and chest is getting a form, i`m hooked on workout and LC!

I can`t thank this forum enough!! i come by the forum everyday and it keeps me focused and motivated!

Not only did my WOE changed also my way of thinking is changed, i used to think about food all the time, even dreamin about food, food, food and more food, but now my priority is changed, food for me is fuel for my body to work, being and looking healty is no.1 priority!

My typical life 7 weeks ago:

09:00: Always late for work, skip breakfast or eating in the car to work.
11:00: Burgers or pasta
15:00: Always sleepy in fornt of PC at work!
18:00: Off work, buy a pizza or some fastfood + snacks for dinner.
21:00: Still watchin TV or playin videogames and eatin alot of snacks
00:00: Fallin in sleep on couch!
Weekends: Sleeping, eating, watching TV and sleeping or eating again!

My new life last 7 weeks:

06:30: waking up without alarm, workout a bit with free weights about 15 min. before breakfast.
08:00: Ride to work on bike.
11:00: A LC lunch
15:00: Some LC snack or protein shack
18:00: Off work, hitting the gym for one hour weight training.
21:00: Out with friends or staying home watchin a good movie with my gf.
23:00: Going to bed!
Weekends: Workout, hanging out with friends or gf, cleaning the house!

Big difference or what?? and for the first time i fell this is way life should be!!

Yep, that pretty much sounded like my previous life too. I'd do just about nothing on the weekend except sleep, eat and watch TV or play on the computer. I'd eat because I was BORED, and eat carbohydrate after carbohydrate.

I've found one little tactic that works for me now. When I feel like getting up and getting a snack (and I'm not really hungry, just old habits coming back), I'll get up and exercise instead, or clean something in my house, or play with my dogs...

Congratulations on your success so far!

Default Congratulations !

Wow, what a change.

My dh and I are still kind of holding on to the old life of sitting and watching TV. However, I have started some new classes for Sept so hopefully my life will have some new changes.

You might want to update your weight stats in your profile so that it reflect your new changes.

WOW, that's sounds just like me a while back.
I am hoping I will also be able to fit some exercise in after work during the week otherwise I will only be able to go to the gym on week-ends.

Good work Yukho
