induction question

I need to kick my weight loss off again so I am doing induction again. Besides, I have been eating some bad things, sometimes at work, anyway, so that brings me to a quick question. I know the induction rules say absolutely no bread or milk, but does that also apply to low carb bread and milk?

If you are doing a strict induction-I would dump those too. At least for a week or two.
